We've Arrived!!
Blurry-eyed and somewhat disheveled, we arrived in London this morning after a seven hour flight and hopped onto our bus for a guided tour of the city. Our tour guide kept us entertained with some great stories and amazing sights, such as the Albert Memorial pictured above.
We also stopped at Covent Gardens for a brief lunch. Above is a view of one of the outdoor walkways.
Westminster Abbey was our last outdoor stop before we headed back to the Regency Hotel for a free night in London. I'm off to explore! More tomorrow...

Sooz!
ReplyDeleteI must say, you've had a strong start to your blogging. Your entries drew me in and kept me thoroghly entertained. Who is your photographer? If it's you, you ought to reconsider that rotary scholarship next year and go into photojournalism because girl, you've got some skills!
I agree with buttface above that you need to fidn a cute British man to bring home to the States. He better have a sweet accent similar to Tony Blair. Otherwise, he won't do. I won't let it happen. Hope you're have a blast on the other side of the pond! I miss you already! And please, have a pants off the clock in honor of SB '09.
Much love,
